Boo yah! School is over and it's finally time for my epic Summer! Unless you're like most teens and are mostly going to lay on your couch with the A/C set on full blast groaning "I'm bored!" the whole summer. But you need not fear for Artsy Ary is here! Last year I compiled a list of things I wanted to do over the summer. I called it my "Summer bucket list". Here's what's on my list. Maybe you can snag a few ideas off of mine.
MOVIE UNDER THE STARS
Maybe you go to a drive-in theater or maybe you rent an outdoor movie screen and projector and watch a movie in your own backyard!
GO TO A WATER PARK WITH YOUR FRIENDS
Now you don't have to go to Wisconsin Dells (unless you really want to), you can just go to a local splash park or a smaller park!
SPEND A WHOLE DAY AT THE LIBRARY
Just sit, and read. Maybe sip at some coffee or tea while you're at it. Just sit back and unwind.
GO TO THE POPCORN SHOP
This only applies to you if you live in or around Wheaton Illinois. But again, this is my bucket list. you're only reading it.
VOLUNTEER AT A VBS
It stands for "vacation Bible school" also known as "neighborhood Bible club" or "NBC". And it doesn't have to be a VBS it could be at a food bank or a fundraiser, just something that benefits someone other than yourself.
GO TO THE BEACH
Classic Summer activity.
WRITE A STORY
I'm currently writing a backstory to Kylo Ren. It's going to be about how he discovered he had the Force and why he doesn't love his parents. Maybe I'll post it up here when I'm done?
GO TO THE FRENCH MARKET
Again, classic.
